INFORMED CONSENT AND DISCLAIMER

• Alpha M offers a wide range of programs, from engineering workshops, coding and robotics, science... I understand that normal safety procedures and risk assessments will be implemented during the activities and consent to my/my child’s participation.

• I consent to the use of my and/or and of my dependent’s image by Alpha M educational and sporting services for any and all such purposes, including without limitation video, still photographs, publication, and any trade or advertising purposes. However, the company will be fully respectful of local culture and customs. (If you don’t want pictures of your child posted, please make sure to send us an email on info@etb.ae with student’s full name.

• I am aware that the company carries a Public Liability Insurance Policy covering their activities for up to 1,000,000 (AED). I further certify that I and./or my child is/are medically and physically capable of participation in such activities. In the event of injury or illness to myself and/or my child,

• I consent to administration of such first aid measures as may be determined necessary by the First Aider accompanying the group, or activity leaders/instructors and if determined necessary, I further consent to transport by ground or air ambulance and/or referral to physicians and admission to hospitals. I further consent to emergency medical treatment for myself and/or my child if determined necessary, including but not limited to, anaesthesia, injection, surgery, x-ray, and medication, if I cannot be contacted immediately for such consent.
  

• In the event of any accident resulting in injury, illness, disability, or death, or property loss or damage, which might occur to myself and/or my child, including while traveling to or from, or during the conduct of this event, I agree not to sue or hold accountable Alpha M or the school, advisors, guides, instructors, or leaders. participants, and any or all agents, employees, representatives acting on behalf of such organizations or individuals, for all claims, damages, losses, injuries and expenses arising out of or resulting from participation in the activities, except for those caused by the errors or negligence of the company, its advisors, school, guides, instructors, leaders or other trip organizers, and any or all agents, employees and representatives of such organizations.

• In the event that the client cancels or misses a class no refund will be provided.

• Alpha M Education Services will not be liable for any delay in, change to, or cancellation of, any activities or experiences due to Force Majeure. Force Majeure means a circumstance beyond the reasonable control of the company and includes but is not limited to war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, disease, industrial or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire and strikes.

• However, If a booking is cancelled as a result of Force Majeure, or government advice, or insufficient numbers, the company will offer the client alternative arrangements at an equivalent program or a prorated refund - the 100 AED administration fee - 150 AED materials cost.

• The company reserves the right to cancel activities and will advise the client of such cancellations. In this case the company will offer alternative arrangements and if the price of the alternative booking is of lower value than the original booking we will refund the difference to the client. If the alternative is not suitable for the client, then they are entitled to get a full refund within 30 days.
