Payments and Refunds Policy:

Missed Classes:

• No refunds are issued for missed classes throughout the term.

Cancellation Before Classes Start:

• A fee of 5% will be applied for cancellations before classes commence.

Cancellation After First Class:

• A full refund minus 100AED will be applied for cancellations after the first class.

Cancellation After That:

• in case of cancellation after attending more than 1 class, no refunds will be processed without management approval.
  
• If the refund is approved, the following deductions will apply:
  • 5% as a payment portal fee
  • 150 AED for materials cost
  • Prorated fee for attended classes.
