Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all programmes, activities, products and services provided by Engineers To Be FZ LLC, Engineers To Be FZE, Alpha M Educational and Sports Services FZ LLC, AlphaM Educational and Sports Services LLC, Falcon Spark Arenas LLC, and Extra Hand Customer Service LLC (collectively referred to as the "ETB Group").
By registering for, purchasing or participating in any ETB Group programme or service, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions on behalf of yourself and/or your child. You also confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate and up to date.
1. Participation
ETB Group delivers a variety of educational, sporting, recreational and enrichment programmes. Participation may involve physical activity, outdoor experiences, specialist equipment and other activities that carry inherent risks.
While the ETB Group takes reasonable steps to provide a safe environment through qualified staff, appropriate supervision, risk assessments and safety procedures, participation is voluntary and no activity can be entirely risk free.
2. Medical Information & Emergency Consent
By registering, you confirm that you and/or your child are medically fit to participate and that any medical conditions, allergies, medications, disabilities or special educational needs have been disclosed before the programme begins. You agree to notify the ETB Group of any changes to this information.
In the event of an illness or emergency, you authorize the ETB Group to administer first aid, contact emergency services and obtain any medical treatment considered necessary if you cannot be reached in time. Any medical, ambulance or hospital costs remain the responsibility of the participant or parent/guardian.
3. Photography & Media
Unless the ETB Group receives written notice before the programme begins, you consent to photographs and videos of yourself and/or your child being captured during activities and used for marketing, promotional, educational and communication purposes, including on websites, social media and printed materials.
Parents or participants wishing to opt out should notify the ETB Group in writing before the programme commences.
4. Registration & Payment
Registration is considered an application to participate and is confirmed only once full payment has been successfully received.
The ETB Group reserves the right to refuse, suspend or cancel registrations where payment is incomplete or outstanding. Unpaid fees may result in suspension from programmes, cancellation of future bookings or recovery of outstanding amounts where permitted by law.
Payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment providers. The ETB Group does not store payment card information.
5. Cancellations, Refunds & Transfers
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
Cancellations received at least 24 hours before the programme begins are eligible for a refund less an AED 100 administration fee.
Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the programme begins are not eligible for a refund.
Once a participant has attended any part of a programme, refunds are generally not available unless approved by the ETB Group. Approved refunds may be subject to deductions for administration, payment processing, materials, attended sessions and any third-party costs already incurred.
No refunds, credits or make-up sessions will be provided for missed classes, late arrivals, early departures or voluntary absences unless otherwise approved by the ETB Group.
Requests to transfer between programmes, venues or dates are subject to availability and approval and may incur an administration fee.
6. Programme Changes & Force Majeure
The ETB Group reserves the right to modify programme schedules, venues, instructors, activities or content where reasonably necessary.
Where a programme is cancelled by the ETB Group before it begins, participants will be offered an alternative programme or a full refund if no suitable alternative is accepted.
The ETB Group shall not be liable for delays, interruptions or cancellations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including government action, public health emergencies, severe weather, natural disasters or other force majeure events. Where reasonably possible, the ETB Group may offer an alternative programme, transfer, credit or prorated refund.
7. Participant Responsibilities
Participants are expected to follow all instructions provided by ETB Group staff, use equipment responsibly, respect other participants and staff, and comply with the rules of the programme and venue.
Parents and guardians are responsible for providing accurate registration and emergency contact information, informing the ETB Group of any relevant medical or behavioural changes, and ensuring children are collected promptly where applicable.
The ETB Group reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any participant whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate. Removal for behavioural reasons will not entitle the participant to a refund.
8. Liability
The ETB Group takes reasonable precautions to provide a safe environment for all participants. However, participation in educational, sporting and recreational activities involves inherent risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the ETB Group shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, theft, damage, delay or expense arising from participation in its programmes or services, except where caused by the negligence or wilful misconduct of the ETB Group or where liability cannot legally be excluded.
9. Personal Property
Participants are responsible for their personal belongings. The ETB Group accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of personal property brought to any programme or venue.
10. Privacy
The ETB Group collects and processes personal information only for purposes related to programme administration, communication, safeguarding, billing, customer support and legal compliance.
Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties except where required by law or where necessary to provide the requested services, such as payment processing, insurance or emergency medical assistance.
11. Intellectual Property
All course materials, lesson plans, documents, videos, photographs, software, branding, logos and other content produced or provided by the ETB Group remain its intellectual property or that of its licensors.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
12. Communications
By registering, you consent to receiving communications from the ETB Group relating to your bookings, programme updates, safety information and customer support using the contact details you provide.
You may also receive marketing communications unless you choose to opt out.
13. Amendments
The ETB Group may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any revised version will become effective once published on the relevant ETB Group website or otherwise communicated to participants.
Continued use of ETB Group services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions or the services provided by the ETB Group shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
15. General Provisions
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the participant and the ETB Group regarding the programmes and services provided and supersede any previous discussions or agreements relating to the same subject matter.
